  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities.

3.3  Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available at checkout.
  • We use Shopify-powered payment gateways; Arovehic does not store raw card details on our servers.

Placing an order on arovehic.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Arcadia Autohub Private Limited is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We make no representations that the products will be free from defects or compatible with your specific vehicle model beyond what is stated in the product listing.

3.8  Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arcadia Autohub Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of profit — arising from the use of any product purchased on arovehic.com.
