At Arovehic, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return bike spare parts or accessories bought on arovehic.com, and how refunds are processed. 1.1  Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused bike spare parts within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original factory condition.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  •  All accessories, labels, and documentation that came with the product must be included.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, installation marks, tampering, or missing components.

1.2  Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Parts that have been installed, used, or show signs of fitment attempts.
  • Electrical components (such as CDI units, regulators, sensors) once opened.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.
  • Products with damaged, missing, or altered original packaging.
  • Orders where the 7-day return window has elapsed.

1.3  Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3–20 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund timeline: 3–20 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

1.4  Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged-in-transit items). In cases where the error is on our end, we will arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

  • Customer-initiated returns: shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Returns due to our error: we will cover return shipping or arrange pickup.

1.5  Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. Please see our
