1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders placed on arovehic.com are dispatched from our warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of the items in your order.
  • Delivery destination (pin code and city).
  • Chosen shipping service or courier partner.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed clearly before you confirm payment. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7 days for most orders. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, high order volumes, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier partner's website. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6.  Failed Delivery & Re-dispatch

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch; additional shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.

7.  Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
